"HATE", it's just a word. The verb's definition is powerful: "to dislike intensely or passionately; feel extreme aversion for or extreme hostility toward; detest". However, consider it next time. Do we really have "intense dislike; extreme aversion or hostility" towards the recipient of our hate? For what reason do we want to pollute our heart with hatred?
